Really good food esp the red curry! I like coming here for lunch bc they have a really nice little lunch menu, it's a pretty baby- and little kid-friendly place and t'sually not crowded at all :)

Ordered takeout and it was excellent! Staff was pleasant and friendly. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staying in the area only for the week but I may order from here again.

The food is pretty good, the service wasn't great. The place was nearly empty (one other party) and we had to flag down and ask server for everything (to order, more drinks, and finally the check). It made an otherwise enjoyable night out feel tedious. Might try again for takeout.

I wanted to give this place a shot but after my partner and I were ignored for about 20mins, ample enough time to view the menu and every corner of the establishment (we weren't even asked about drinks and the place was relatively empty)? He and I decided to leave. Shame.

Just as good as Am Thai in New York that I always go to. This place has a very relaxed atmosphere and it would have 5 stars if there was a better alcoholic drinks menu I usually end up drinking Thai ice tea.

There food is very good. I don't know why people think this place is expensive most of there dishes are authentic and well favored. The service is always very good here as well.

Waiting for dine-ins is longer without much competition and it's more expensive for not a lot of food. The experience was however acceptable. The best option is order in and carryout or have delivery if suitable.

When I lived in Sedona Arizona, there was only one restaurant I ever wanted to go to. Thai Spices. When I moved back to Mass, I never thought I would have such delicious food ever again. And then I was introduced to Shallot Thai and now life is complete again. Fantastic food, good portions and great prices. This place is amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would!

This place is the best, most authentic Thai food you will find. The service is not the fastest in the world, so if you want speedy food after a long day at work, try another place. If you are looking for a true gourmet experience, then eat in, sit back and welcome to southern Thailand. I watched my mother(who is Thai) cry after we went here for dinner because it reminded her of her older sister who cooked for the whole family. Boom! I'm a believer.

Great place, been here several times and never had a problem. I always get the pad Thai and Thai iced tea. Prices are average what you would expect.

Take out portions are very small for the price. However the food here is exceptional. Great flavor and presentation. If their takeout portions matched their dine in portions this place would be awesome!

First time here. Good quality food. I ordered the Basil chicken spicy style with jasmine rice. It was very tasty and just the right portions. Beer and wine available. Will be back in the future.

While the food has always been excellent, I really appreciate that I can have a fast sit down meal. I can drive the mile there, get a lunch special and still be back to work within half an hour. Many of my co-workers also like going there, never heard a bad word from anyone.

The food and service was great! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The dining room is smaller but can seat a good bunch. Next time I'm in Springfield I'll be sure to look it up!
